Delivery charge per parcel is £2.95 up to each £30 value on all orders there is an extra charge if you wish your goods to be sent by direct courier service of £6.00.

All orders over £50.00 will receive free delivery

All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All UK orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Business Post Couriers.

Goods that are in stock are dispatched same day. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 12 days. All our products are sent directly from our suppliers so please allow 28 days before contacting us.

If your are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you
